Under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended),the Controller of the Users' personal data is AmazingSelfie S.C. with its registered office in 86-032 Niemcz, ul. Narciarzy 8, Regon (National Business Registry No.) 369659687 (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator").
- The set of User data has been entered into the register of data sets processed by the Operator and is kept by the Information Security Controller appointed by the Operator. The Register shall be made available for inspection at the Operator's registered office.
- The Privacy Policy purpose is to define the activities undertaken by the Operator with respect to personal data collected through the website: www.amazingselfie.com and related services and tools used by Users to perform activities, such as registration on the Website, posting or viewing materials and performing a number of other activities related to the above. All such activities shall be subject to the relevant legal provisions applicable to data protection. This Privacy Policy is subject to the provisions of Polish law, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
- A User who uses the Website or uses services and tools related to it, confirms reading and understanding the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Website Regulations, and agrees to the use of his/her personal data in accordance with the Website Regulations and Privacy Policy.
